INLINE FINISHING, SECONDARY OPERATIONS & CUSTOM PACKAGING SOLUTIONS
INLINE FINISHING
Inline finishing operations are additional processes that refine and add value to the extruded product as it comes through the extrusion line. These include inkjet printing, punching and cutting to length. By offering inline processes, Fabexco is able to enhance the end product for our customers in the most cost-effective way possible.
SECONDARY OPERATIONS
Many products require a secondary, or offline, finishing operation such as punching, welding, drilling, routing, and die cutting. We have the equipment and tooling capability to perform any offline process your part requires.
PACKAGING SOLUTIONS
Every job has unique packaging requirements and Fabexco has the capability to custom fabricate corrugated boxes as well as other packaging materials to ensure that your parts arrive as expected no matter where you are.
AGILE MANUFACTURING CAPABILITIES THROUGHOUT NORTH AMERICA
END-TO-END CAPABILITIES
Fabexco manages the process from beginning to end. From initial design and material selection, through die development, manufacturing, finishing, and custom packaging, our ability to control every step in the process enables us to deliver your project on budget, in spec, and on schedule.
