DIGITAL ENGINEERING
We offer a suite of digital engineering services that enable model-based engineering (MBSE) and simulation of complex engineering problems. RAPID PROTOTYPING
If you are confident in your design but not in the volumes, we can make prototypes for you. We can make high-quality prototype tooling to save you time and money. Our capabilities include 3D Printing, CNC/CNC-routing, EDM Wire cutting, and more. 

TESTING

If your project requires any type of verification and testing, we can assist you with destructive and non-destructive tests. Together with our external partners, we can offer various technical testing for rheologic, mechanical, and thermal properties testing. We provide our customers with material hardness, elongation, and strength tests. We have the capability for test preparation and planning, data post-processing, and database generation to your project’s requirements.      

QUALITY ASSURANCE
Every production run is monitored by our Quality Control Team utilizing custom protocols to ensure that all products leaving our facilities exceed your specifications. Our team has experience with various Total Quality Management methods, including PQP, P-PAP, and PDSA processes and can provide the data necessary to work with your Quality Assurance processes.
